Washington, DC – December 11, 2017 – The United States International Trade Commission issued a Final Determination in Certain Personal Transporters, Components Thereof, and Packaging and Manuals Therefor and Certain Personal Transporters and Components Thereof, Inv. Nos. 337-TA-1007/1021 (Consolidated), finding that Respondent Swagway, LLC’s SWAGTRON products do not infringe Segway’s asserted patents and trademarks.
