Hexindai Inc. (Nasdaq: HX), a fast-growing consumer lending marketplace in China, announced on November 3, 2017 that its American depositary shares (ADSs) have begun trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol “HX.” The initial public offering of 5 million ADSs priced at $10 per share and raised $50 million in proceeds.
