Robert Hall Joins Mei & Mark LLP

Washington, DC – October 28, 2016 – The leading minority-owned Intellectual Property, Business & Litigation law firm Mei & Mark LLP today announces that Robert Hall, a registered patent attorney and patent litigator, has joined Mei & Mark LLP. Mr. Hall, who served for more than four years as an attorney-advisor to former Chief Administrative Law Judge Paul J. Luckern at the United States International Trade Commission (“ITC”), focuses his practice on investigations before the ITC and patent prosecution. Mr. Hall has nearly 10 years of experience with patents and intellectual property matters.

Mr. Hall’s patent background includes patentability, validity and infringement opinions, client counseling, licensing, contract negotiations, and mergers/acquisitions. He has knowledge in all areas of computer science, particularly computer hardware/software, electro-optics, and communications technology.

Mr. Hall received his J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law. Mr. Hall also received his B.S. degree in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. degree in Information Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
