Richard P. Hadorn Joins Mei & Mark LLP

Washington, DC – August 15, 2016 – The leading minority-owned Intellectual Property, Business & Litigation law firm Mei & Mark LLP today announces that Richard P. Hadorn, a seasoned patent litigator, has joined Mei & Mark LLP. Mr. Hadorn concentrates his practice on pharmaceutical litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act and Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. During his career, he has managed all phases of patent litigations and other intellectual-property disputes, from initial fact investigation through trial and appeal, in various technological areas, including pharmaceuticals, computer software and hardware, telecommunications, and the mechanical arts. Each year since 2009, Mr. Hadorn has been named a “Rising Star” in the field of Intellectual Property Litigation by Super Lawyers.

Prior to joining Mei & Mark LLP, Mr. Hadorn was an attorney with Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox PLLC. He also practiced law previously at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Vandeventer Black LLP.

Mr. Hadorn received his J.D. degree from College of William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal, and received the Dean’s Certificate for leadership and initiative on behalf of the law school. Mr. Hadorn also received his B.A degree in Biology from Syracuse University and a Certificate in Public Health from Harvard University.
