MDJM LTD., an emerging, integrated real estate service company in China, completed the initial public offering of its ordinary shares on December 26, 2018 that raised approximately $6.2 million in gross proceeds through the issuance of 1,241,459 shares at a public offering price of $5.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market shortly under the ticker symbol “MDJH”.
