Washington, DC – March 23, 2016 – Law360 reports the United States International Trade Commission’s (ITC) final ruling in Certain Beverage Brewing Capsules, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-929. While the ITC blocked three companies from importing certain reusable single-serving coffee pods, the ITC invalidated the patent claims asserted against Mei & Mark clients Solofill LLC and DongGuan Hai Rui Precision Mold Co. Ltd. and found no violation of section 337 by these two companies.
