Washington, DC – July 15, 2020 – Jed Weiner, Head of Corporate at boutique law firm at Mei & Mark LLP, and Michael Frankel, Managing Director of Deloitte’s New-Venture Accelerator (DNA) gave a presentation at an Oxford Entrepreneurs Network Virtual Bootcamp event. The presentations addressed how startups can maximize their exit value, what buyers look for in evaluating acquisitions, the top issues negotiated in a sales process as well as how to prepare a business for sale.
This event was part of a series of events on topics relevant to emerging businesses. The Oxford Entrepreneurs Network is an alumni group and network that helps get Oxford entrepreneurs’ ideas off the ground by connecting them with investors and mentors. The network comprises groups in the USA in Boston, New York, Bay Area/San Francisco and Washington, DC, and a group in London, UK.
