Happy Holidays from all of us at Mei & Mark LLP! 2020 has been a challenging year on many fronts. As a minority-owned boutique IP+ firm with 17 attorneys (including 4 veterans and 9 minorities), we have always taken pride in our efforts to promote diversity and inclusion as well as flexible work schedules with an option to work from home. We are firmly committed to furthering these efforts especially after 2020.
While the firm has been fortunate in having another successful year, it was not without obstacles. As an example, in March 2020, one of our trial teams completed week 1 of a 2-week jury trial and then the courthouse was shut down due to COVID, resulting in a mistrial. Yet we adapted and thrived despite the challenges we faced
