We built our IP & Tech Transaction team by inviting a former inhouse commercial attorney with both startup and global public company experience to join Mei & Mark’s renowned intellectual property team. For example, our commercial attorney negotiated SAAS agreements with large financial institutions on behalf of a fintech startup. He also negotiated agreements with Airbus on behalf of global manufacturer Brady Corporation (NYSE) to become one of two Airbus suppliers of radio frequency identification (RFID) labels and related software for global component management.
