Reece Nienstadt, a registered patent attorney, practices IP litigation at the trial and appellate levels. In addition, he prepares and prosecutes patent applications involving electrical and mechanical technologies, among others.
Mr. Nienstadt has significant experience in the fields of electronic circuitry, semiconductor fabrication, computer hardware, telecommunications, electron beam and laser beam optics, micro-electromechanical devices, chemical processes, medical devices, and liquid crystal displays.
Prior to joining Mei & Mark LLP, Mr. Nienstadt was an attorney at the Washington, D.C., office of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP.
Previously, Mr. Nienstadt also worked as a registered patent agent at an intellectual property boutique in San Francisco, where he prepared and prosecuted utility applications for high-tech clients in a range of technologies that included semiconductor fabrication, micro-electromechanical devices, electron beam optics, laser beam optics, and computer algorithms.
While earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Nienstadt interned at Siemens Semiconductor in Munich and Highland Technology in San Francisco.
