Fang Liu focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on China-related matters. She assists public and private companies in their corporate transactions including securitizations, public financings, banking, international market financings, cross-border acquisitions and other general matters.
Prior to joining Mei & Mark LLP, Ms. Liu worked as a Senior Counsel at Loeb & Loeb LLP in Washington, DC. She also practiced corporate law at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Thelen LLP in Washington, D.C. Ms. Liu received her Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law. Prior to law school, Ms. Liu worked as an English interpreter in China, providing simultaneous interpretation for many Chinese leaders.
