Krystyna Colantoni Joins Mei & Mark LLP.

Washington, DC - April 13, 2009 - The Intellectual Property & Litigation law firm Mei & Mark LLP today announces that Krystyna Colantoni has joined Mei & Mark LLP.

Ms. Colantoni, a former Patent Examiner, focuses her practice on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, providing legal opinions on patentability, validity, and infringement, and counseling clients on strategic management of patent portfolios. She has experience in a variety of electrical and mechanical technologies, and her areas of particular expertise include optics, computer hardware and software, and lithography.

Ms. Colantoni will lead Mei & Mark LLP's small business practice. She understands start-up companies' unique needs and challenges, learning from her own experience as a co-founder of a start-up technology company.

Prior to joining Mei & Mark LLP, Ms. Colantoni was an attorney at the Washington, D.C. office of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP.
