Mei & Mark Attorneys Argued Two Related Appeals Before the Federal Circuit.

Washington, DC - June 11, 2010 - Mei & Mark LLP's atorneys Lei Mei and Reece Nienstadt argued two related appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on behalf of Wenzhou Trimone Science & Technology Electric Co., Ltd. ("Trimone") in Pass & Seymour v. ITC, Case Nos. 2009-1338, -1369 (as an intervenor) and General Protecht Group v. ITC , Case Nos. 2009-1378, -1387, -1434 (as an appellant). The cases are on appeal from the United States International Trade Commission in Investigation No. 337-TA-615. Trimone retained Mei & Mark LLP for post-ITC proceedings, including appeals, after it lost at the Commission.
