Texas Federal Court Issued Permanent Injunction in CIMC v. JOPM

Washington, DC – February 19, 2017 – The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas issued an order today granting Plaintiffs’ motion for entry of default and for default judgment in China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd v. Jiangxi Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd, No. 4:15-CV-01887 (S.D. Tex.). The Court also issued a permanent injunction against Defendant Jiangxi Oxygen Plant Co., Ltd, its officers, agents, servants, employees, successors, assigns and attorneys, and all other in concert and privity with them. Note that Plaintiffs invoked Article 15 of the Hague Convention in their motion.
