ITC Judge Denied Vizio’s Motion to Amend the Complaint in Digital Televisions Investigation

Washington, DC – December 6, 2011 – The United States International Trade Commission has released the public version of Chief Administrative Law Judge Bullock’s order denying Vizio, Inc.’s motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in Certain Digital Televisions and Components Thereof, Inv. No. 337-TA-789.

Vizio sought to amend the motion to add two new respondents, Coby Electronics Co., Ltd. of China and Coby Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong.
