Federal Circuit Ruled in Mei & Mark Client’s Favor

Washington, DC – November 10, 2015 – The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit today issued a landmark ruling in ClearCorrect Operating, LLC v. Int’l Trade Comm’n, No. 2014-1527 (Fed. Cir. Nov. 10, 2015), in favor of Mei & Mark client ClearCorrect Pakistan (Private), Ltd., holding that the United States International Trade Commission (“ITC”) has no jurisdiction over electronic transmissions.
