Washington, DC – April 21, 2017 – The United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued an order today granting Defendant Swagway, LLC’s motion to transfer venue to the Northern District of Indiana in Hangzhou Chic Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. v. Swagway, LLC, No. 16-cv-04804-HSG (N.D. Cal.).
